RECEPTIONIST

RESPONSIBILITIES – REQUIREMENTS:
• Meet and greet corporate clients and visitors, and direct accordingly.
• Screen all incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate party.
• Collect and distribute phone messages.
• Primary contact for booking of conference rooms.
• Arrange for pickup/delivery of overnight and intra-day packages.
• Coordinate internal/external messenger service.
• Review and submit invoices pertaining to the messenger service and overnight deliveries.
• Order office supplies.
• Perform special projects as assigned by management.
• Provide back up to Service Coordinator as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 6 months-1 year experience in a corporate environment
• Software knowledge: Microsoft Office.
• Poised, professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Able to deal with change and to proactively form productive working relationship.
• Highly motivated, able to function independently or as a team member.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, 401K with employer matching, and profit sharing.
